FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $60!!

Shipping of products is free anywhere in Australia if your web order totals over $60.00 or a flat rate of $9.50 per order for standard shipping. If your web order totals less than $60.00 and orders are delivered with in 2 to 3 working days.

if goods are notified out of stock on the actual product page (normally in the format “This product will be available on x date”), they will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them.

Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of stock of certain items and we may not have yet updated their product pages.

In this case we will notify you of an estimated delivery date and give you the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund.

Delivery is by various couriers services for all items.

We strive to use the most efficient and reliable courier for your particular area rather than a one size fits all solution for all Australia. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. As a general guide standard deliveries to a street address will arrive with in 1 to 3 business days and regional areas may take up to 5 working days.

Davroe cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to shipping regulations and nature of our product. We recommend deliveries be sent to an address where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained.

We understand that at times this would be difficult but it is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered, and to verify to us that you have received your products. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours.

If delivery cannot be made, our couriers may leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item, but this cannot be taken for granted.

If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred, and a redelivery fee of $20 may apply.

Authority to leave

Should no one be in attendance and you wish for your products to be delivered without signature, e.g. ok to leave at front door if no one is home, please enter this in the special comments when placing your order.

Please note Davroe are not accountable for any missing goods etc and they will not be refunded or re-sent should this option be taken.

It is important to consider that if you give authority to leave the consignment in your absence then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can effect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

Returns

There are 2 different types of returns, faulty goods and incorrectly ordered goods. If you order incorrect goods we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions: Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.

Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Davroe Return Authorisation Number.

As a rule we cannot give credits for returns where the goods are over 14 days old from the invoice date. Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact.

We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for.

When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.

It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to the Davroe warehouse. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us.

Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.

Return Authorizations are only valid for 14 days.

All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Davroe will incur a 20% restocking fee. Faulty goods can be returned with these conditions:

In the case of faulty goods once we have received the faulty goods, we will evaluate them and contact you to advise the result.

We are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis

To return goods, follow the rules below: Please refer to our Returns Policy (above) before filling out Return Authorisation Number request form.

All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in saleable condition otherwise credit may be rejected.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to goods being returned where original fault of supply lay not with Davroe. Faulty product is credited only, and not replaced. Freight on return goods will not be paid by Davroe.
