This week we asked Abi from our Davroe Creative Team, who recently attended Fashion Palette in Sydney, what she keeps in her kit.
As well as leading the team at Fashion Palette, Abi is also one of our resident stylists who represents Davroe out on photo shoots.

It looks like Abi has a great range of products to choose from in her kit, but we wanted to know how we should be using these products to help us achieve the looks we are after.
PREPARATION
“The most important step in achieving your style; all great styles start with a good base. These products are an essential part of your styling routine, it’s all about the preparation.”
Thermaprotect provides heat protection, spray directly into wet hair.
Formation is great as a pre blow dry lotion; it gives stability to the hair, adds definition to curls and waves with the added bonus of a medium hold factor.
Murray River Salt Spray can be sprayed into wet hair and blow-dried to give extra hold to styling and curling, it is great to use if the hair is too soft to handle (just washed hair) as it adds a bit of texture to the hair.
Voluminous Spray great for those with thin hair, used prior to heat styling to add volume and a gives a medium hold.
Once you have prepared your hair, you can move on to styling! Whether you choose to straighten your hair with your straightening irons, set curls with your barrel tongs or blow dry your hair with your round or paddle brush.

Brilliance Shine Mist adds great shine to any style
Ends Repair used on dry hair after blow drying to smooth and control ends, creates a beautiful smooth finish.
Argan Oil can be used to add separation to curls by applying a small amount to the finger tips and pulling through.
FINISHING

Ultimatum Non Aerosol Hair Spray has a strong hold that provides you with a super light finish. Its versatility gives you the control required to finish off any look by locking in the style without building up on the hair. This product was a must have for our team backstage at Fashion Palette!
Ends Repair is great to control flyways and smooth hair.
Argan Oil apply 1-2 drops to palms and smooth away flyways to complete your look.
Brilliance Shine Mist you can never have enough shine, lightly mist over finished style for that extra shine!
